Pros: built well, keyboard is very decent, runs fast, BRIGHT screen.
Cons: none, number pad takes some getting use to... no big deal though.
Overall Review: formatted with fresh install of windows 7, picked up all the drivers automatically except for keyboard shortcuts which took 2 minutes. thing runs fast, i leave the screen at 30% and it feels like 75-100.
Pros: runs at good temps, fast for what it is
Overall Review: installed windows 7 off of a usb key very fast. extremely happy with this processor.
Pros: does what it does
Overall Review: great, reliable, simple power supply.
Pros: great board, post first boot, 1 minute of tweaking bios installed windows 7 without a hitch
Overall Review: my first build with an asus board and i am impressed, it is pretty solid.
Pros: prints good quality and is fast
Cons: wireless is a pain
Overall Review: good printer for what it is, i only installed minimum software for it and its very easy to use. tried using wireless but it was too much of a pain so i just rock usb.
Pros: came with latest firmware, i didn't touch the CD just went straight to internet explorer and set it up, 5 minutes later wireless was working.
Overall Review: went straight from a wired linksys to a wireless hooked up to dsl, PPPoE was one click to get connected.
Pros: plug and play, worth every penny
Pros: Solid case, very easy to put together, removable bays are a plus.
Cons: Power supply fan was bad out of the box, power supply worked but I replaced it with a different one before even installing Windows.
Overall Review: Buy a power supply along with this case, don't expect to use the one it comes with.
Pros: Overclocks like crazy, 2.7ghz and it didn't break a sweat. Low voltages, low temps, great processor.
Pros: Keeps my 3200+ Venice at 28* idle, never above 45* under full load. That is with the processor overclocked to 2.7.
Overall Review: If you have the room in your case get this thing, it covers 2 of my RAM banks too giving it a little more cooling, put the biggest fan you can on it and you will be running cool for a lifetime.
Pros: Awsome memory, sat at 270mhz 2.5-3-3-8 with my 3200+ venice @ 2.7ghz just fine. That was with 2x512, with 4x512 I only get up to 210mhz, but that was expected.
Cons: Don't really need the bling bling factor on the heat spreaders. If you overclock this memory put a fan over the ram banks otherwise they will get VERY hot, I burned out a pair of memory because I didn't have enough cooling.
Overall Review: 4x512 @ 210mhz 2.5-3-3-10 just fine, BF2 runs AWSOME with 2 gigs. Great memory.
Pros: Smaller than my old 5950ultra. Runs all games at 1280 resolution with everything maxed, HL2, BF2, Doom 3, WoW all run maxed settings fine.
Overall Review: Great card, overclocked past ultas speeds on stock cooling just fine.
Pros: More BIOS options than you know what do with. VERY good overclocking. Memory timings and all voltages are more than enough for good overlocking, and you can unlock to get 4v+ to the RAM. 3200+ Venice went to 2.7 at 28* idle, board handles anything I throw at it.
Cons: Power hog, takes 4 power connectors to get it running, and make sure you connect them all or you will get blue screens galore.
Overall Review: Awsome board, great overclocker, reliable as hell, can convert to SLI.
Comments: I went from a 19 inch CRT that was 3 years old to this thing, and MAN what a change! Picture quality is excellent, the monitor has great contrast ratio and 12ms response time gives me NO ghosting in any games. Very good design, cables run fine through the base and being able to rotate it 90 degrees is a good feature, although I don't use it much.
Comments: awsome burner, made 15 songs music CD in less than 2min running at 52x the whole time. when it starts to spin up you can definatly hear it, but its not loud enough to think less of it.
Comments: Just got this case and powered it up. awsome design, and yes the blue does have a slight tint of purple in it, but no one really notices. 450w power supply is more than enough to power my whole system, and the hard drive fan, and other intake and 2 exit fans run my p4 system at 30 degrees C non-stop. and neweggs fast shipping made it even better, order monday night opened it up wednesday.
for those of you who are having trouble with the case like w/o the manual and stuff, thats cause its oem, and if you have questions i can give you some pics on the things you need help on. xxxxxxxxx
