Pros: Pro My new laptop was shipped and received on time, in good shape, and as stated in the description. For the most part after One 16 days I am satisfied with my purchase. So far it operates fast and cool during my normal set up of a new machine. The computer Security locked my new computer down, and it took longer than expected to disable it. At one point I was not able to uninstall the Trial Norton software or disable. It to install my software on it. I have used a different Computer provider for many years. I am a true fan of ASUS ROG machines. I decided to give Newegg and MSI a chance to see if it was time to change to a new computer provider.

Cons: Cons I have tried to contact MSI multiple times to find out what size SSD and Hard drives I could buy to upgrade my new MSI machine. To date I have not found help with this. I have also Contacted MSI looking for a docking station for my HDMI monitors, Sound Systems, etc. My previous provider always shipped free extras with my new ASUS ROG. Some examples where multiple free ROG backpacks, ROG hats, etc. I really miss the extra gifts every time bought a new laptop from them.

Overall Review: I am happy with my current decision after 16 days. I was very happy that Newegg provide a set of MSI headphones, which I have multiple sets for now. I will sell them and purchase a backpack for my new MSI Gaming laptop. I would be thrilled if Newegg would contact me about the Cons I have posted below. I am looking to Buy now!

Pros: Small, powerful, effective, good looking, wireless, great buy. Would buy again.

Cons: At 16 months of usage, onboard touchpad mouse stopped working. Started having problems with keyboard/driver conflicts. Warranty expired at 12 months. No CD or DVD player. Does not come with restore DVD or CD.

Pros: Price great, $129. Western digital online service easy to use while having dead drive replaced. Newegg purchase experience was great.

Cons: Purchased 1-4-12 Died 3-25-12 (died when drive was filled).

Pros: $79.00 price, great buy from Newegg

Cons: Purchased 9-11, unit die 3/10/12. Started humming, grew louder, died. It did click, start and stop shortly after I purchased it. Would not recommend this drive.
