Comfortable Chair, Easy to Assemble

Pros: I have had gaming chairs in the past, this one actually supports the wieght it is recommended for. The seat is wide and comfortable. It was very easy to assemble and it looks good!

Cons: The lumbar support pillow is a bit annoying. It never seems to be in the right spot. The pullout foot rest is to short for a person like me, I am over 6 ft. tall.

Overall Review: Overall I am very satisfied with this purchase. The chair arrived before estimated date, it was easy to assemble, the chair looks good and most importantly it is comfortable to sit in. This was an excellent purchase.

Should Be Band from Selling Anything

This seller has been giving me the run around for 10 days now. They have failed to ship the item I have purchased and are now refusing to refund my money. And Newegg has stood by and watched this happen and has done nothing. I have been a customer for 22 years and this is the very last time I will do business with anyone on this site. I even tried Newegg's customer support today and they said they might get back to me in 24 hours. These people have become a joke.
