Pros: Case is very well constructed, and by far the nicest case I've ever owned. Inside the case, not 1 screw (except for securing the mainboard ) was used as everything just latches which is impressive. The hard drive attachment and placement is awesome and was a breeze to fit everyting in there nicely. I added a couple of nice blue LEDS and wow it looks good. I took the time to route all my cables and all i can really say is this case is worth every penny. I like the placement of the front USB's where they are sitting at the top of the tower for easy access. Power switch and reset button are also at the front top next to the USB ports.
Cons: side window came scratched, which i'm picky with my stuff so i wasn't too happy at first. The box inside the case that had all the screws were not secure. However I had some displex scratch remover available and all my scratches came out within about 1min.
Overall Review: Get yourself some Displex to take out those scratches on the side window of the case if yours arrives scratched. I used a microfiber cloth and scrubbed one area at a time. I had 1 big scratch in the center but this did the trick. I can easily recommend this case to everyone!
WD 640GB 32Mb
Pros: Usually if a hard drive works when received, I've had no problems. However this one worked for 4weeks.
Cons: Hard drive crashed ( system freeze) under no load at all. I reformatted and the same thing happened all over again. After doing this 4 times it finally went down hill and gave me Hard Disk Read Error and is now completely dead. I lost some data, but was able to back most of it up before it completely died. WD RMA Advanced ( Rush Option ) I'm starting to question. They took my Credit Cart info and are authorized to charge it if the defectivedrive isn't received within 30 days, however the so called expedited process to ship my replacement drive out isn't going so well. It's sitting in RMA being processed status since July 2nd, and I'm getting impatient now.
It is now Windows 8.1 Compatible Feb 2014!
Pros: The card has performed amazing when I had Windows 7, but since the Release of Windows 8.1, I lost pretty much all functionality of this card until today. The new Drivers listed for Windows 8.1 on Creative's website work great. No more static or sound issues at all. I just have to remember to open the console launcher in desktop mode in Windows 8.1
Cons: No cons, other than waiting a good few months to get the 8.1 drivers.
Overall Review: I'm happy I've got a solid sound card that's fully Win 8.1 compatible again. Now I'm back enjoying my Corsair SP2500 speakers!
Doesn't work with Windows 8.1
Pros: Worked great with Windows 7, and Windows 8. Headphone amp makes music sound really good and my Corsair SP 2500's connected sound amazing.
Cons: Updated to Windows 8.1, and no sound. The only way to get sound is to completely uninstall all of the soundblaster software (delete creative labs soundblaster from device manager) and even then the sound has major static intermittently.
Overall Review: This card is great if you're running Windows 7, or Windows 8, but fails with Windows 8.1. I've spend 4 hours trying different scenarios and it just doesn't work. I may try my onboard sound card for now. I can't really dock the card because the specifications doesn't state it's windows 8 compatible.
Like New DC33
Pros: This replaced my Bissell Momentum which was a good vacuum, but it blew dust everywhere, especially when emptying the canister. The Dyson on the other hand seals the dust perfectly and the canister is easy to empty. Suction is pretty amazing on the DC33. Not sure I like the cleaning tool and attachments, as its pretty stiff but the hose is plenty long. Great buy overall.
Overall Review: Don't let Refurbished scare you when it comes to Dyson, as they go through these thoroughly and mine looked brand new.
Pros: we have 2 of these, a yellow and I got the red. Overall good protection. My commuter i really liked, but it fit way too tight and would pull my zagg screen protector up off the edges. This one does not and fits nice.
Cons: Not the vibrant red as shown. The color is a bit more dull than pictured. Also the case fits too closely to the flash, therefore you get a tint (whichever color your case is) when taking shots in low light. Both are not deal breakers, but the case shouldn't surround the flash so closely. However, it takes 2 seconds to remove the case and I'm running a maximum body zagg protector as well.
Overall Review: with the 2 minor cons mentioned, I'd still recommend this case any day for 15bucks. The color is still nice and looks good.
