After trying my first disk with my NEC ND-3540A (1.01 factory firmware) dual layer DVD burner to backup a 7GB+ movie, it failed on the second layer. After this I went to the NEC website and downloaded the latest 1.03 firmware update for my burner then tried to backup the same disk again, which it worked! Sense then I have burned may other similar size disks which take advantage of the DL media without any problems. I was using Nero 7 Platinum Edition and no other changes were made other than performing the firmware update. So what I would suggest for others that may have had problems with this media, is to update your firmware if possible and hope for the best. Good luck! Pros: Also works fine with Microsoft Lync 2010 and audio quality is quite good. Speaker phone feature also works great.

Cons: Handset may not support adding a shoulder rest due to its design so hands-free use of the handset isn't comfortable for long periods of time. I suppost that's why they make wired and wireless headsets.

Overall Review: Overall it's a great product for use with Microsoft Office Cummunicator 2007 or Microsoft Lync 2010 and possibly other VOIP systems.
