Works with FreeBSD

Pros: Plug in a null modem adapter, and you have instant serial console. Plug a bunch of them into a USB hub, and you have a cheap remote console for as many systems as you need.
Cons: Could use a couple of LEDs to indicate traffic over the connection.
Would not buy again, doesn't work very well

Pros: The cost. The constantly flashing LEDs will amuse your kids.
Cons: LEDs flash in a really annoying, constant random pattern, so if you thought they'd indicate I/O, or any useful info, you'll be disappointed. The power connector isn't attached to the circuit board very well, and tends to wobble or short if you use it. The hub doesn't seem to provide .5 amps to each port as the USB2.0 spec specifies, so you'll end up plugging and unplugging constantly trying to find a powered port, or you'll find that trying to use multiple devices simply won't work.
Overall Review: As others mentioned, the power cable is very short, maybe 2 feet long. The USB cable is about the same length.
Priced right at $5

Pros: Price. It talks to you when you turn it on, off, pair it, etc. The charger for it uses the same connector as HTC and Motorola use for cell phones, so even if you hate the earpiece, where else can you get a phone charger for $5?
Cons: Can't turn it up loud enough to hear well if I'm using it in a car. There isn't a lot of road noise in my Saturn, but even with this thing turned up all the way, and the phone volume up all the way, it's very hard to hear most calls. As others have mentioned, it seems to be hard to get the earpiece adjusted so that it doesn't feel like it'll fall off any time you move.
Doesn't work right with my HTC Evo 4G

Pros: Low price
Cons: My phone says that the card is corrupted about 3 times a week. I put the card in my laptop and use it for ReadyBoost and general sneakernet use, and the OS never complains about corruption. I've used a few other microSDHC cards in this phone with no problems. Reformatting the card has not solved the problem.
Freezes most of the PC's I use at boot time

Pros: Fast, cheap, small.
Cons: If it's plugged into any of the 6 PC's I've used it on, the PC freezes at boot time, regardless of the the BIOS setttings are. I talked to Seagate, they might RMA it. First I have to figure out where to put all the data thats on the disk... Doesn't really have an access light, so you don't really have much indication of disk activity, but the light on it does kinda pulse now and then.
Overall Review: Why is it that if you buy an internal hard drive & stick it in a cheap external case, you get a 3-5 year warranty, but you buy the same disk already in a case, and you get a 1 year warranty? Seems like a scam to sell more disks...
