Pros: It worked since the first moment.
Overall Review: It keep on clicking
Cons: Not much easy to use
Overall Review: I'll give an A plus
Pros: It was easy to install
Cons: Well, I had others but this was easier to use and install
Overall Review: I say, the unit was properly boxed and it worked flawlessly.
Pros: Fit in its place of a 5.5 disk drive
Cons: It is a little hard to load, but once you know the trick is not a problem.
Overall Review: I had one bought previously.
Pros: It is compact, no noise and works faster than regular hard drive.
Cons: It didn't bring any software to move the data. Very little instructions how to set it up. I had to go the Intel web page and down load the software to move the data from one hard drive to the other. Once I did that it was easy street. I replace the drive and it started working.
Overall Review: I would recommend it . However, you need to have some computer knowledge, or you would end with a computer repairman to do the installation.
Pros: The installation was easy. I just gave the MAC number and they took it from there.
The internet provider knew about the product and acted accordingly.
Cons: The problem still there. The system goes down and a few minutes later it comes back up. It has improve some of the problems but the provider can't handle all the load so it bottle neck the users.
Overall Review: I think it was a good purchase. The other one had run itself out.
Pros: The phone is easy to install. No problems. It will only work state side.
Cons: We couldn't make long distance phone calls to Colombia. We tried working with customer service, and they were making us do things but nothing worked. It would call and it rings the number, but it didn't at the other end. Then we call with a credit card, and they answer and say we never heard you calling. This was not acceptable.
Overall Review: They try helping but it does not work like it should. After two month, we gave up and disconnected the account.
