Yep

Pros: XPproSP2 OEM and genuine. Passes WGA test just fine, allowing free download of a nice improved calculator utility. RealMcKoy...see other thoughts
Cons: none, see other thoughts
Overall Review: Ordered the SP3 disc from MS direct to avoid lengthy online installation process. I had procured another copy "cheaper" from an online retailer. Was totally fraudulent (very high quality fake HoloCD, but really outdated SW with invalid key for this side of the world, likely from China, the CD and packaging and MSxpProSP2 booklet indistinguishable from genuine valid MSoem except for the Holo was on surface not internal, and the COE was paper not metalized foil, but did have openings and holostrip, but not sanded thru were cutouts. Had to go through the WGA process and send in the SW to MS to get a valid replacement upgrade kit thru WGA program to bring it up to date. What a pain. Buy here!
Not so sure...

Pros: Best compromise to power for 3GP4 Northwood machine. Had to have DirectX9 due to WinXPproSP3. Does as well as could be expected for VGA on 3Dmark5.
Cons: Jury still out...running this with zalman VF700-ZU2. Latest ATI Catalyst 8.12 from ATI site. Works fine with VGA output, so far cannot get DVI output to work. Also I connected the TV out through compositeToSvideo adapter concurrent to VGA to monitor. Used Catalyst to select display on both or individual, tested switching back and forth with Catalyst CCC. While testing best viewable resolution on the Analog TV set, and then resetting properties, suddenly entire system went down and forced reboot. Could not get past WinStatup, not even into SafeMode. HDDboot test tools could not even see the secondary HDD. After considerable t-shooting, determined that one HDD was totally blown, and forces continuous reboot if installed (secondaryDataHdd), and two memory slots on the Mobo no longer usable, all 4 sticks test fineMEMtest86 individually, and a pair in slots1-3. But if add ALL4 memsticks, fail multiple in 3500 region of RAM and since want DDR, now basically only have a max2stikmobo
Overall Review: Old Dell530, added new 400W quality supply, stable. So, read in cons. This system had been stable prime95 winmark, passmark, burn-in, performanceTest for weeks prior to attempting to use TVout portion of this card. Using it apparently killed part of my mobo RAMbusCircuit and took out an HDD as well. Have 6 other of this exact same HDD in use other machines, no issues.
NiceSupply

Pros: VERY good rating at HW Secrets based upon tear down and torture testing...true 650W supply. Haven't fired it up yet, got it for UG to existing 400W for future video crossfire use etc....Since OCZ with full warranty, no concern, will fire it up soon. Got it at huge discount rebate...once receive that will have only paid $60total, and to top it off OCZ even threw in a sweet 4GB hi-speed USB stick. Free shipping. Even if I had a stick, I would be unable to beat this deal.
Cons: none
Overall Review: OCZ has always treated me very well, very low failure rates on their products so far, and the sole time Did have one, got prompt RMA and prompt replacement, took about 30 days total for the entire process.
Good2go

Excellent

Pros: All Copper, quiet even in full mode. Wkrs very well at keeping the GPU cool and quietly too.
Cons: none
Overall Review: The "tensioner" presses the sinks GPUchip mating surface against the GPUchip is a flat-bar-spring type. imposing a constant spring tension and is only two-srew mounted. Nothing wrong with that, but be aware that since it replaces a fourcorner pattern oem fanset (lest that was what was on my worstation ATI GPU) the flower pattern heat dissipator will move a bit ie you can "slide it" rotationally about 1/8-1/4 inch after proper installation. The tensioner design could have been integrated into controlled slots in the flower heatsink base, to prevent this, but this isn't really a problem, just don't go back thinking you didn't install it right. I checked, that's the way it is designed, and kind of nice, I just turned it against stops both ways and returned to center after installation and know am sure the HS compound is well distributed.
