Great, but loud
Pros: -it ran -no driver needed
Cons: -the thing sounded like a jet engine at full rpm
Overall Review: - I love it, it works and its cheap.
AWESOME PRODUCT
Pros: runs great very quier
Cons: what sucks about team red cards is that most triple a titles are designed with and for team green cards, but games will still run but you might run into some screen tear.
Overall Review: I do not regret buying this product Screen tear annoys me a bit\ Great bang for your buck
2 weeks for an electronic return label???
*first, I want to say that I understand that customer service reps are just doing their job. I always try to be understanding with them knowing that they maybe don't know the context of the situation. Ok, so i bought this product from Platinum Micro because this was the cheapeast of the ryzen 5 1500's on this site. Here are a couple of things i ran into. (You might want to sit down and prepare for this) 1) CPU was DOA (but before i could make that assumption I made sure to test every other part, even though some parts were from a earlier build) 2) Customer service- Contacting them via email was a piece of cake. I made sure to describe my problem in certain detail. So this is the end of the story right? They send me a shipping label after review and I got got my money back? N-O-P-E. The closest thing I originally got to a shipping label was a email that said they would send one. I say to myself "not a big deal, probably within a buisness week to 7 days ill get it" Boy was I wrong. 9 days go by. I check my email for the 9th day in a row to see if I got the email. Nope. While all of this happens I silently die inside wondering how it takes 9 days to send a shipping label over a email, not physical mail mind you, but email. I proceed to email them again, with the same responce of "give us email" thing, but there was something else I said in this email along with it. In the email prior to this I stated that "I wanted to change the return plan to a direct refund instead of a product replacement". they proceed to respond with "we need the product first to refund it" Thought that was pretty obvious, but ok. I later got a email saying "we'll send it to you". Now I can finally rest knowing ill get a shipping label right? Ha.... no. 3 buisness days go by. Nothing. I then proceed to call them and within 10 minutes of my call the label was there in my inbox. So, 14 days later a couple of mental breakdowns and several angry emails I got more done in a 10 minute call than 14 days over email. Besides the service rep that helped me over the phone, these customer service reps were awful and lazy with my returning and refund if the product. I will never use platinum micro again, and if i could, i'd give it 0 eggs.
