Pros: Works fine, and acts as a esata card

Cons: One thing I didn't realize when I bought it, that you can't use all 4 internal SATA ports and 2 eSATA ports at the same time. You have to set jumpers and choose between enabling 2 of the four SATA ports OR the two eSATA ports. Cavet Emptor.
