Not As Advertised

Pros: -Good, solid rig -Cheap
Cons: -Shipped with Windows 10 instead of 7 -Product key was for Windows 7, no Win10 key provided
Overall Review: I am somewhere beyond irate. I ordered this computer expressly because it was listed as having Windows 7 Pro 64bit installed instead of Windows 10. I absolutely loathe Win10, particularly the aesthetics, and I really didn't want to have to spend three hours mucking out the security leaks, but that's precisely what I'm going to have to do - that is, assuming I can get a functioning key when I call customer service tomorrow, which at the moment I'm not at all certain of. Someone dropped the ball, and I'm the one who has to pay the price for their mistake. I purchased parts for this computer based on the fact that it was a Win7 machine, and at least one - a PCI wireless card - simply will not function in Win10; the entire system hangs when it tries to use it. So, I'm not just left holding the bag, I'm out the cost of said adapter. I am most definitely not a happy customer right now.
Worked great for 8 months, then died

Pros: For the price, it was a good option - pretty much the only option I had at the time, really.
Cons: It died after eight months of use.
Overall Review: Everything was going great, then suddenly my computer dies and starts beeping at me. Took me a few minutes to find the problem; once I removed the bad stick, system started right back up with no problems. I don't know if it was a bad stick from the outset or if it just died under gaming load.
Laptop arrived on time and in (mostly) good condition, but there was one problem. The casing was bent in such a way that it prevents the DVD drive from opening. This is something I can fix with a minimum of personal effort, but it was *not* reflected in the product description. Dinged an egg for the defect, otherwise quite satisfied.
