Great power and convenience!

Energen EN-PJX6 12000 mAh Car Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank
Energen EN-PJX6 12000 mAh Car Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank

Pros: A lot of power Great cable management and options A lot of power tips for nearly any device VERY bright flashlight Having peace of mind of having a battery to jump start my car at all times is worth it

Cons: Proprietary power plug Short jumper cable wire separating the positive and negative clips Drains on its own with no use fairly quickly

Overall Review: I absolutely LOVE this device! It's small, compact, has a GREAT carying case, and holds a LOT of power! It can charge nearly every wireless device I own, including my laptop, my old AND my new iPhone, and anything else that can charge with USB and most laptop-style power cables. The flashlight is EXTREMELY bright! It would be hard to miss in the case of an emergency. It rivals professional MAG lights, which is impressive with a single LED. I deducted one egg for two reasons. I have to remember to charge the device about once a week even when I don't use it, as the battery seems to drain fairly quickly on it's own. I could probably go 2 to 3 weeks without charging it, but I like to keep it fully charged in case of emergencies. The second reason is the length of the jumper cable wires. The way my car is designed, the battery is in the trunk and is not easily accessable. There is a positive terminal under the hood, but the engine block to connect the negative wire is beyond the length of the included wire. I can get around this by hooking the negative clip to another jumper cable wire, then to the engine block, or by disassembing the battery compartment in my trunk and going directly to the battery. The fact that I can charge this device with either a regular power plug OR the included ciggarette lighter adapter helps, so even with these two negatives, it still deserves 4 eggs!

Poor quality

StarTech BRACKET25 Adapter Kit to Mount 2.5" HDD in 3.5" Drive Bay
StarTech BRACKET25 Adapter Kit to Mount 2.5" HDD in 3.5" Drive Bay

Pros: Fits the 2.5" drive perfectly

Cons: Same can't be said for the 3.5" bay. I was only able to get 1 screw in, and the case just kind of 'dangles' there...

Overall Review: Unfortunately unable to find any other similar product, or else would have bought something else. Newegg is still the best, regardless of the products they carry.

Great performance, very quiet

ASUS DUAL Radeon RX 6700 XT Standard Edition 12GB GDDR6 Gaming Graphics Card (AMD RDNA 2, PCIe 4.0, 12GB GDDR6 Memory, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4a, Axial-tech Fan Design, 0dB Technology) - DUAL-RX6700XT-12G

Pros: Top notch performanceQuietCustomizable with ability to overclockEasy upgradeRuns surprisingly cool

Cons: Needs a beefy power supplySubtle lighting, while nice looking, doesnt seem to be a way to change it or turn it off

Overall Review: Got this to upgrade from a 5500 XT. Although probably not recommended, didnt even need to reinstall the drivers! The Radeon Software automatically detected the new card and allowed for overclocking right from the start. Off the bat, I actually thought something was wrong with the card, as the fan RPM showed 0. At idle, though, the card runs at about 55c, so the fans arent needed all the time! Once load increases, the fans kick on as needed ensuring quiet and quick performance. Under heavy stress, its still surprisingly quiet, and the fan runs at about 2k RPM (temps between 62 and 70 c). Its definitely power hungry, using about 152w at peak.As far as performance, its more than just a marginal difference. Running something like Assassins Creed Odyssey at 3440x1440, I was struggling to get 45fps with the 5500 XT. The 6700 XT pushes up to 75fps on ultra settings. Similarly, Cyberpunk 2077, Divinity: Original Sin 2, Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and GreedFall (the games Ive tested so far) all show 2 to 4 times more FPS at their highest graphical settings (capping my monitor at 144 FPS in D:OS2, and between 60 and 90 FPS for the others).Like previous cards, multi monitor setup is a breeze. I output to 3 144hz monitors of varying resolutions without issue. I dont particularly care for the Radeon software itself, but its functional giving many options for overclocking and settings built right in. AMD Eyefinity could use some better customization options for non-standard monitor configurations (for example, Ive got an ultra-wide with an HD monitor next to it in portrait orientation; would like to utilize the bottom half of the second monitor as an extension to the first).Overall, this is an excellent card, and Im very happy with the purchase. If I had to pick something to complain about, it would be the lack of customization or option for the on-board light. It looks nice, and compliments my case well, but Id like to be able to turn it off if need be. Finally, anyone contemplating this card, Id recommend ensuring you have enough physical space in your case. Its larger than my 5500 XT was, and I had to clip some zip ties to allow my cables to accommodate the extra space. All in all, a great purchase!

Good for what it is, but a bit too basic

Acronis True Image 2020 - 1 PC/MAC
Acronis True Image 2020 - 1 PC/MAC

Pros: Easy to use Will work great for 1:1 copy and transfer, full disk backup, and disk imaging between drives

Cons: Not as powerful as I remember old (10+ years) versions. No raw drive manipulation or full disk-to-file image creation

Overall Review: Years ago, I utilized Acronis for many various utilities. I have 4 hard drives originally configured for RAID5 (out of the original set of 5), and had planned to create full disk images on a single large hard drive, build them, and attempt to retrieve the data. Unfortunately, this software only gives the option of 1:1 backup or restore from physical disks. There is the possibility of partitioning my one large disk into 4 or 5 individual partitions, then copy each disk into them, but the direct option would be nice. Additionally, it seems to be missing tools I’ve used in the past for data recovery. The raw edit of hard drive sectors can be dangerous, but if you know what you’re doing, it can make data location, manipulation, and recovery easier. All in all, not a bad tool, and I’m sure it’ll work well for users with a specific purpose. For something more advance, there are many open source alternatives that may work better.

Large amount of power in a small package!

RAVPower Icona RP-PB04 10000mAh 3.1A Lithium Polymer Power Bank fit for iPhone 6, iPhone 5S,5C, iPad, iPods; Samsung Galaxy, Note; Google Nexus 7, HTC One, EVO; most smartphones, tablets

Pros: Long lasting Small Convenient Easy to use

Cons: Bright LEDs Long charge time

Overall Review: I absolutely love this charger. I got it as a daily deal, but even the regular price is well worth it for the amount of power this thing holds. I have used it to charge my iPhone 5s and iPad Air 2 several times each between charges. I've had experienced issues with other power bricks where they loose their charge after a week or so of no use, but this one stays charged. It definitely holds a large amount of power, which means it can take a LONG time to charge when it's completely depleted. Once I went to charge it overnight, and it still wasn't completely filled by the next morning. It didn't take TOO much longer to fully charge, but it still seemed like a long time. Even with that, though, I still give this 5 eggs! This is the second one I purchased. My other con about the LEDs being bright is only inconvenient if it's charging in the same room where I'm sleeping. Seeing as I don't, I can't really deduct an egg for that either!

Amazing product, amazing price!
