Fastest XTXH Card - Faster Than Most 3090

Sapphire TOXIC AMD RADEON RX 6900 XT GAMING OC Video Card, 16GB GDDR6 EXTREME EDITION HDMI / TRIPLE DP
Sapphire TOXIC AMD RADEON RX 6900 XT GAMING OC Video Card, 16GB GDDR6 EXTREME EDITION HDMI / TRIPLE DP

Pros: -Overclocked by factory out of box. -Manual Overclock easy to 2875 Mhz and 2150 Mhz ram. -Hybrid cooling solution is nice, backed with a 360mm radiator. -Faster than most 3090 cards at average FPS across game suite testing in 4K. -The fastest 6900 XTXH, faster than PowerColor 6900 XTXH Ultimate.

Cons: -Large case profile needed, such as Fractal Design 7 or Be Quiet Pro 9. -16 gb ram versus 24 gb ram 3090... Although you run out of shader power before needed that extra ram so not really a con.

Overall Review: Absolute best card I have owned. Plays anything at 4K with ease. Fastest 6900 XTXH.

Awesome Motherboard, Great Value Compared to Competition

ASRock X670E Taichi AM5 EATX Motherboard. 4xDDR5 slots, 2 x PCIe 5.0 x16 Slots , AMD Cross Fire, Quad M.2 slots, 2.5GB LAN, WIFI-6E, 5,1 HD audio, HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4 ports, USB4 Type-C, 8 Layer PCB.
ASRock X670E Taichi AM5 EATX Motherboard. 4xDDR5 slots, 2 x PCIe 5.0 x16 Slots , AMD Cross Fire, Quad M.2 slots, 2.5GB LAN, WIFI-6E, 5,1 HD audio, HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4 ports, USB4 Type-C, 8 Layer PCB.

Pros: -24/2/1 VRM design normally reserved only for very high end mobos. Enough power delivery for the AM5 lifespan (at least 5 years). -Fin heat sink with active cooling keeps my 7950X very cool. Read idle and max temperatures on reviews for this board and competing boards on TechPowerUp. It does very well. -Lots of headers for case fans and water pumps. -Debug LED. -2 USB4/Thunderbolt ports. They are using an Intel Thunderbolt chip. -NVME PCIE 5.0 without the ridiculous Z790 x8 compromise Lane allocation done right versus Intel where if you use the PCIE 5.0 nvme slot, your PCIE x16 runs at x8. Asrock includes a beefy cooler for 5.0 nvme with active cooling. -I really enjoy the Killer lan 2.5gbe and Killer Wi-Fi 6 (along with the software suite). -Additional USB ports via an expansion card included. -I was able to get the board on the Black Friday sale for $469.99.

Cons: -BIOS still needs work. Sleep issue when using XMP. To resolve download BIOS 1.11.AS03. It also takes me 15-20 seconds to boot with 64 Gb of DDR5 ram (2 sticks). These things are to do with AMD AEGSA and Asrock. The good news is Asrock is hard at work issuing many BIOS updates. -No PCIE slot. Not so much a con because Asrock has chosen to give you 2 Thunderbolt ports, which consumes the channels. Many of the peripherals you would use in this slot are available through Thunderbolt 3 already, and you have Thunderbolt 4 with this mobo. Additionally, many companies are offering 3 slots with an NVME expansion card in the upper high end, but they take up your second slot anyway. Its just a trade off on features. I choose to not pay extra for an expansion card I dont even need quite yet.

Overall Review: I highly recommend this board. It will last the entire lifespan of AM5, and Asrock is giving you a lot of high end features without the pricing, ie, $699.99+ for competitive boards with the same features.

Faster than 3090 FE and Most 3090 Cards in Average FPS 4K in Game Suite Testing

PowerColor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Ultimate Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6 Memory, Powered by AMD RDNA 2, HDMI 2.1 (AXRX 6900XTU 16GBD6-3DHE/OC)
PowerColor Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT Ultimate Gaming Graphics Card with 16GB GDDR6 Memory, Powered by AMD RDNA 2, HDMI 2.1 (AXRX 6900XTU 16GBD6-3DHE/OC)

Pros: -The XTXH comes with select binned chips which enable no power limits and greater stability. -Auto overclock achieved 2650 MHz out of the box. -Faster than 3090 4K in Game Suite Testing relative FPS and relative performance. Take away GPU limitations and run games in 720P CPU limited, and this card still wins. -Comes with support bracket. -Beefy card with high quality construction. -Factory Warranty to back up.

Cons: -16 GB versus 24 GB 3090. Currently, games are only using MAX 10-12 GB of memory. Over the next 3 years, this number could increase which leads to less future proofing versus the 3090.

Overall Review: -If you want the fastest card on the market, look no further. Anxious to see Sapphires take as well.
