Pros: This product is absolutely wonderful. It is exactly what I was looking for. I ended up swapping out the 80GB HDD for a Western Digital Scorpio 320GB HDD and upgraded the 1GB RAM with a 2GB stick of Patriot memory. Basically I am going to be using this for a portable media player for vacations and deployments.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I bought this computer the day before the $100 price drop. I contacted NewEgg politely asked them if there was any way that they could get me the $100 back since I didn't have the product yet. They sent me an email the next day verifying that they reimbursed my credit card with the $100 difference from the discount. I was amazed at how fast and nice the costumer service was. I will continue to buy from NewEgg for all of my computer parts.

Pros: Great when it worked...

Cons: I got my RMA board back from ASUS. It appears that they didn't fix anything... I am still having all the same issues I was having before (SATA, Video and USB issues). I have tried fixing these issues by using different HDD's, Video cards and swapping USB ports. At this point I would love to see ASUS ship me a brand new board and not another refurbished one.
