Pros: A fully working computer is a wonderful thing

Cons: The computer doesn't boot up when starting up. Talked to the refurbisher who said to get a new battery and he walked me through putting it in. Still had same problem. I bypass it by hitting control alt delete as it boots up and then it goes to Windows 10 (isn't fun having it tell you there is no operating system!). Has a D DRive and today when I put my turbotax disc in, I find tht it is not working! I did buy the computer in August 2016, but never had put a disc in it to play music or anything. I am most disappointed that so much on it is "a bit off"!

Overall Review: No, wouldn't recommend. Or at least be smart enough to test out every aspect (ie the D drive) during the warranty period.
