Cons: Screen will black screen when trying to play almost any game

Overall Review: I made my Purchase on 3/21/2021 and had to wait a while to put together my new computer, on first bootup the graphics card appeared to work, however whenever I play any game more intense than Minecraft my screen will go blank after a few moments of gameplay, I've searched across many forums for a solution but have not been able to find a working one. I tried going through the manufacturer warranty process, however they are unable to find the serial number. I am inclined to believe that the product I received is some sort of counterfeit.

I love the laptop, affordable, powerful, and simply amazing all around!
