Pros: I like the looks of this laptop and it was easy to set up and very functional.

Cons: The laptop only worked for about a week. At first, it just wouldn't hold a charge in the battery and then it would not even turn on at all when it was plugged in even. The good news is that customer service was easy to work with and I have returned it. I'm hoping to get the replacement soon and that I won't have any problems with the next one.
