Pros: It's Crucial memory, so it's guaranteed to perform to spec.

Cons: Micron, why did you stop making the most reliable consumer memory?!

Crashed the Server

Overall Review: Installed in a Dell R640. Ran fine for a day, then it threw a memory error and put a hard stop on the server. Dell iDRAC cannot disable memory modules, so had to drive to the data center and remove these memory modules. Not good enough for a 24/7 production server.

Made the purchase; got the Key

Overall Review: Received the email with the Product Key within minutes of purchase. Entered the Product Key in Windows 11 Home, it was validated, and then Windows 11 wanted a reboot to unlock the Pro features. I was able to add the computer to the Domain right after the reboot.
