Pros: Item works as advertised. Easy to setup. Great for older vehicles without Bluetooth or WiFi.

Cons: Arrived with a defective power interface cable. Had trouble getting a good reception from a cellphone, but worked great with an Mp3 player.

Overall Review: The Tech Support responded immediately via phone & email. They sent a replacement cable and offered a full refund if I chose. I figured out that a cellphone causes reception issues, so use it on my Mp3 player instead. Have had no problems since then. Happy with it now.

Pros: The Brother Ink 3Pak is an OEM so should not be problems with re-filled cartridges.

Cons: Shipped in a bubble envelope which was received ok. However the box containing the cartridges was smashed up. No damage to the inks that I know of.
