A hidden gem

Victake 2500 DPI Blue LED Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse for Game Player
Victake 2500 DPI Blue LED Wireless Optical Gaming Mouse for Game Player

Pros: This mouse is solid. Truly a hidden gem. No regrets buying this one, I got it primarily for gaming and thus far it has met my picky expectations. -Adjustable DPI is fantastic -USB receiver is small, yet feels like it's quality -Mouse weight and feel are fantastic (i know this is subjective, though) -ALL buttons have a good click to them, and are easy to press - including the middle mouse button (finally!) -Very responsive and accurate movement -Middle mouse wheel has accurate ticks when rolling up and down

Cons: -None

Overall Review: -Lights can be turned off if you don't want them on -Uses 2 AA batteries which supposedly last a long time

ASUS Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2
ASUS Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card HD7770-DC-1GD5-V2

Pros: Bought this at 89.99 from Newegg, along with a $30 mail in rebate form. Price for performance is fantastic.

Cons: There is absolutely nothing wrong with the card. It works perfectly as a Radeon HD 7770. I subtracted two eggs because of ASUS. Their mail in rebate process is bogus!! I registered online via ASUS's website, filled out all of the information required for the rebate, then mailed in all of the necessary stuff (including the original barcode) - now I get an e-mail from ASUS stating that they haven't received my letter containing all of the stuff!!! I can't make copies of anything, because they REQUIRE the original barcode from the OEM box. That said, if you decide to buy this before Newegg sells out of them, make sure you send your envelope with a tracking number, along with something like certified mail, just to make sure that everything gets there, and they can't make up fake excuses about not receiving it. Be warned. ASUS customer service - for this product at least - is out to take your money.

Overall Review: I have it overclocked to 1100Mhz on the GPU, and 1200Mhz for the RAM. Been running very nicely. I'm sure I could easily go higher, the cooling on this card is fantastic.

Exceptional price, exceptional performance and compatibility.

Kingston FURY Impact 32GB (2x16GB) 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 Laptop Memory Kit of 2 KF426S15IB1K2/32
Kingston FURY Impact 32GB (2x16GB) 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 Laptop Memory Kit of 2 KF426S15IB1K2/32

Pros: Works with my ASUS ROG SCAR II GL704GW laptop! Also, to my pleasant surprise, my computer even takes advantage of the faster timings. Even did a memory stress test upon arrival and everything checks out great.

Cons: Nothing. This is good RAM.

Overall Review: Originally I thought these had a simple heat spreader on them when I was first looking at the pictures online. But, as you can see from my pics, it's just a sticker. But that's okay, this is awesome ram. Thanks for making an excellent product, Kingston!

I used to only game with a desktop

Acer Predator 15 G9-591-70XR Gaming Laptop Intel Core i7 6700HQ (2.60 GHz) 16 GB DDR4 1 TB HDD 256 GB SSD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M 4 GB 15.6" Full HD 1920 x 1080 HD Webcam Windows 10 Home 64-Bit

Pros: This is my first gaming laptop. I was skeptical at first, as I was a die hard custom-build desktop gamer; but, I am happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I began to use this. -The 15" screen is just right for me, the 17" makes the entire thing too big. -It's more powerful than I anticipated. -It's portable, which is obviously why I switched to a gaming laptop as opposed to a desktop. I always use it in various parts of the house, and on occasion I bring it over to friends' and family's house. -It has practically everything built in! Microphone, WIFI, Bluetooth. The list goes on. -The keyboard feels perfect. Very good feel to the key travel. -The track pad is surprisingly good! Not perfect, nor quite as good as Mac (I hate apple, but I'm not close-minded to appreciate good hardware). -The speakers are pretty good, the subwoofer is a plus. Of course it's not as good as a decent satellite speaker/woofer setup, but for a laptop, I'm impressed. -Cooling is actually really good. I can play MWO for 3-4 hours without any performance loss. I ended up clearing off the thermal paste from the CPU and GPU and putting in Arctic Silver 5, and now it's even better (which i didn't think could happen). -Storage (both HDD and solid state) is expandable. There is room for two M2 solid state drives if you want a raid 0 configuration. -Expandable RAM, though 16GB is good enough for me! -Blue-ray/DVD can be swapped out for extra cooling. Some other gaming laptops require a USB DVD, which is dumb to me. -Keyboard lighting can be turned off and on. Works well when on in the dark. -Plenty of output ports (USB, USB-C, HDMI, SD, etc)

Cons: -I kind of wish I waited for the GTX 10 series to come out before buying. A GTX 1070 equipped Predator costs the same now as what I paid for this one (GTX 980m) and is more powerful. -No upgrading GPU or CPU. But this was expected. -G-Sync does not work with the laptop screen. Why? -Could be a little smaller considering the 15" screen, but this is becoming nit-picky.

Overall Review: Over all, I'm glad I bought it! Have had it for over 1 year and I'll plan on using it for much longer. Acer, you got yourself a fan!

The best mouse

Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical 1.1A Gaming Mouse - Black
Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical 1.1A Gaming Mouse - Black

Pros: - Feels just like my old OEM 3-button mouse, but with 5 buttons now. - Super smooth, responsive. - IMO, the best gaming mouse out there. There is just nothing that feels as precise as this.

Cons: None.

Overall Review: - Did not come with an OEM Microsoft box/package, that said, who knows if it's a knockoff; but, then again, I'm sure wherever this came from (China) is the exact same place the OEM Microsoft mouses are made. -Package came with mouse skates. I don't like them., so I'm just sticking with the original pads that are built in to the mouse.

Pretty solid

TRENDnet TEW-827DRU AC2600 v2 StreamBoost MU-MIMO Wi-Fi Router
TRENDnet TEW-827DRU AC2600 v2 StreamBoost MU-MIMO Wi-Fi Router

Pros: - Powerful signal (right now I'm only using the 5ghz signal) - MU-MIMO - I primarily use it for gaming, and I have yet to see lag spikes. Solid ping through and through, and this is considering there are TONS of wifi/access points close to me - Option to enable/disable 2.4 and/or 5ghz signals independent of each other

Cons: -Bigger than I thought it would be -The initial set up was a bit buggy, but everything ended up working well after a bit of fiddling - I am unable to use my USB printer on the USB port, it only accepts mass storage as far as I can tell...

Overall Review: Would recommend! At least at the sale price.. I got it (luckily) for when it was 189, and I'm very very happy with the performance considering that price. Also, I only know the basics about networking, so take my review with a grain of salt! Either way, I'm happy.
