Pros: - Large capacity especially if you download a lot of stuff. - Only Newegg has 20TB versions. Canada Computers only has up to 18TB Ultrastar versions - It's Western Digital Western Digital customer service is a thousands times better than the @$$hats at Seagate.

Cons: - you know the usual, claimed capacity is never TRUE capacity - Out of 20TB you get to use 18.1 if i'm not mistaken

Overall Review: Had ONE Seagate drive in my life, and it was the bane of my blood pressure. Complete garbage. The stupid thing always fell asleep for some reason. And noone could give me a straight answer as to why. ALWAYS buy Western Digital and save yourself the stress. In 30 years, I've never had ANY issue with Western Digital.

Pros: Ideal size for my Rachmaninoff hands

Cons: The mechanism in the previous 710 crapped out and now it can't scroll. Everything else still works fine. I wish there was a way to fix it.

Overall Review: So far it still scrolls. Hopefully this one lasts longer
