Cons: Case had to be cut for it to fit. No biggie.

Overall Review: This unit is a good buy with rebate. Be prepaired to dremel cut a small amount of metal from the case so the power plug has room to let the PSU seat properly. Protect the inside of case from metal fragments when and if you have to do this. Buy the way, the images of this unit don't show well enough the end connctors so I was worried about the 90 degree SATA plugs that my Dell needed. Well don't worry because they are included.
