Great product - great price

Pros: - worked with no issues
Overall Review: I've used Crucial and g.skill ram for many years and always been satisfied. This went right into an AcerNitro 50 gaming PC and worked with no issues.
Lack of reviews - here's one

Pros: Cheap
Cons: The first one I got came with the processor fan off the processor. I found this out when it shut down mid-setup of Win 10 and when I peered through the grate with a flashlight. Called Newegg to verify it didn't void any of their return protocol to open case and try to replace fan. Fan had a broken tab. I did get it back on, but could never get Win 10 to continue standard setup. It either locked up or took me to an unknown user ID. Googling indicated complete reinstall was in order.... ZERO paper or CD documentation came in the box with this - so I was basically dead in the water. I am giving it 2 eggs and will return for another review after I get my RMA to update. So far not a good deal.
Overall Review: Would not recommend with other options at this price point.
Meh

Pros: Light weight. Easy to disassemble and reassemble. Flexible.
Cons: Flimsy. Picture shows lights in front.... mind did not work. Mine came with ancient style IDE power plugs for the fans... My power supply had one so I used another fan from another desktop for circulation. Its quiet but not silent. The knock out spacers for CD or HD are very very flimsy. Seriously if you accidentally touch one it will move in.
Overall Review: I would probably recommend spending a few more bucks to get a better case.
Seems legit at sale price

Pros: -paid $339 for it. -fast mechanical drive - 150-200mb/sec -Wireless A/C on board -Passmark score 2476 61st percentile - should improve with more RAM and video card -Exchange only(?)
Cons: - limited number of USB and USB 3.0 ports (only 3 3.0, 4 USB) -Refurb status seems to cause issues with ACER's website support - tried to chat, couldn't. Called 800# was sent to another number 800-910-2237 with limited hours. -Had issues with working USB stick - i was able to use others but a pqi 3.0 stick I had that works in other computers does not work in this one.
Overall Review: All in all this seems like what I was expecting/hoping for.... a modern box with 6th gen i5 and DDR4. The mechanical drive was faster than expected.... not sure I will gain much performance from an older SSD. Will probably use the other open SATA for an existing back up drive. Limited expand ability - people have talked about power supply size/compatibility issues. One PCEie x16 and one PCIie x1 expansion slot(s). I expect to be able to install an old 630gt card, but If I were going much bigger, i would pay close attention to power usage etc. Would probably have given it 5 eggs if not for the ACER support issues. Would love to know how people get around warranty issues. Not sure if opening the PC to install RAM or video card voids warranty. Other than that it seems like a good deal.
Best streaming devices on the market - $20 but where is my rebate?

Pros: Roku just works. I purchased this device (3rd roku player over all - had a Gen 1 and a Roku 2 720p one) to use on a kitchen TV because of price. I am still stunned by how well this device works for the price. I have 2 Vizio smart TV's that do not work anywhere nearly as smoothly as my 2 Roku devices. Seems to pick up wireless in the far corners of my house where some laptops don't. Simple to set up and use. For $20 unbeatable.
Cons: Where/how do I get my $5 rebate? It would be even better for $15.
Major issues with Spectrum cable modem

Pros: - could not get it to work so I cannot evaluate functionality. -cheap
Cons: -ZERO documentation or info included. Just router, power cord and ethernet cable.... password is on a sticker on router. There is a manual available on DLink's site....
Overall Review: For me this router conflicts with leased Spectrum cable modem administrative IP. Was on phone with Spectrum for approx 1.5 hours and never got it to work. In my opinion in this day and age it is inexcusable to have zero documentation and this potential major conflict which keeps this product from working for people like me. Note- because of its $44 price, I am actually keeping this router in the hopes that some day I will have other options in Louisville than just Spectrum/TWC internet.
