Pros: at least I'm not alone, others have the same problem, not much of a "pro"

Cons: A very bad trend. Read the reviews. Same TV, same problem. Christmas present for my daughter, worked less than a month, then nothing. no picture....same as the rest. Now, have to deal with warranty service, and we are already getting the runaround. Newegg. suggest having a word with your supplier, they aren't doing anything good for you....or us.
