Overall Review: works great in my hp mini tower am2 board,correct timings. my asrock board am2/am2+ had issues but its picky about memory anyways and i cant run it at rated timings,but thats ok for the price.

Pros: huge difference between 2.16 single core and this 2. 4 ghz duel core, running windows vista going to upgrade to win 10. This upgrade made my wife happy now for 3 months +.lol im going to have to do handy man work more often..

Overall Review: seems to me u can't go wrong with cooler master anything (with in reason). been running a 3930k @ 4.4ghz. in an as rock fatality board with 16 gig of g skill 1600 memory. with 3 640 gb western digital drives and a Samsung Blu-ray combo drive, for about 2.5 yrs or so. cooler master fans of course, and 240 cooler.
