Extremely Disappointed - power issues

Pros: Amazing performance as a single-drive jbod using HGST 4TB 7.2k rpm 6GBPS drive over eSata.
Cons: I tried adding identical (tested and working) HGST 4TB drives and get no power on slots 2,3,4 to the drives.
Overall Review: When I researched this product before purchasing, I saw there is a 4x4TB 16TB version of it sold, so I bought the bare model with the intent of filling it with my own 4TB HGST drives.
Foundation for the perfect media workstation

Weird memory issue

Pros: Setup and installation of Vista/64 was super fast.
Cons: I installed this memory: CORSAIR XMS3 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Triple Channel Kit Desktop Memory. However, the mobo only sees 4gb. I've reseated cards, cpu, and the memory (and even swapped them around the A1,B1,C2 slots but to no avail. I can't figure it out. Help!?!?!
Overall Review: Except for this weird memory issue, this is a fantastic board.
Amazing picture quality

Pros: Super bright and super sharp in a very high tech and stylish frame.
Cons: Can't stand when it complains about the resolution while booting up. It's more annoying when it keeps reappearing while in the system BIOS configuration.
Overall Review: After reading about the installation issues, I approached it by putting on padded workgloves and installing the neck first, then base. Place the LCD upside down, then install the neck at an angle and push down with both hands -- it will slowly slide in. Then once halfway in, even it down while continuing to push, until it is fully seated. Afterwards screw in the base.
