Nice case, with one caveat.

Pros: Good build quality, paint was consistent, no really sharp edges, space for 2.5" drives, overall a nice case for the money.
Cons: The one caveat? If you put a full-size Micro ATX motherboard in it that has connections at the top front edge, good luck getting an optical drive to fit. I used an old HP motherboard with a quad-core CPU that had an ATA/IDE connector near the top edge. The shortest optical drive, at about 6.5 inches, wouldn't fit because of that connector. Some other motherboards could have similar issues with RAM placement, or capacitors. The only solution I found was to get a laptop slot-load optical drive with a 5.25 adapter and a power adapter, about $100 worth of hardware. So I just got an external USB DVD burner for much cheaper. I'd rather have it all fit in the case, though. Other than that, no real problems, but that's a show-stopper for some.
Overall Review: I would recommend this, if your Micro ATX motherboard wasn't near the optical bay, give it just an inch more clearance and it would have been a 5-egg case.
Used drive from 2006

Pros: Came shipped just like a refurb from Western Digital. Nice anti-static bag, suspended in an appropriately sized box.
Cons: It wasn't a refurbished drive, it was a used drive. I know that Newegg has the option to send a used drive instead, but this one was from July 7, 2006. Although it passed the short and long tests from WDDIAG, it failed the SMART test immediately, and would not reset no matter what I did with the drive. Could be over-temp or some other flag, I didn't check. Long story short, they didn't really test the drive before re-selling it.
Overall Review: Newegg allowed for an advanced RMA, which is why I didn't give it a 1 egg. Hopefully the next drive will work properly, and either be newer, or a proper refurb.
Locked up, all 4 lights are lit.

Pros: Worked for a couple of weeks, sort of. It frequently lost connection with my Supermicro workstation.
Cons: Then one day it completely locked up, no input on any computer, and all 4 lights were lit up. I completely disconnected everything and reconnected everything THREE TIMES. Error is the same each time. As far as I can tell the unit is completely unresponsive to anything. Don't bother calling technical support, they just refer you to the online documentation, which tells you nothing about this error. I recorded my phone call, I was supposedly #2 in line for support, and after just a minute I was sent to voicemail. This is very unprofessional. I have other Iogear products I've recently purchased, I'll probably RMA them all in light of this lack of support after the sale. I can't have my customers going through that same experience.
Overall Review: I've been in the I.T. business for 15 years. I've never had a complete failure on a KVM in this short of a time.
Failed after 4 months.
![Samsung 64GB EVO microSDXC UHS-I/U1 Class 10 Memory Card with Adapter, Speed Up to 48MB/s (MB-MP64DA/AM) [Old Speed]](https://c1.neweggimages.com/ProductImageCompressAll125/20-147-334-11.jpg)
Pros: Worked fine, right until it didn't.
Cons: I lost 4 months of photos, as I backed up right before installing this SD card. Data recovery was less than 10% successful. I buy plenty of Samsung products, and I purchased 3 of these for myself and for other people. Now I'm nervous about Samsung flash. I used to think the SD card was the most reliable part of the phone. Now I know.
Works, but read directions first

Pros: Does actually jump my car and minivan. Good charger, flashlight, emergency light.
Cons: Like others have stated, you can fry the jumper cable resistor (or whatever you call that circuitry) if you leave it connected to the battery after jumping. Instructions state to remove it within 30 seconds after jumping. I recommend to do so even faster. I successfully jumped my car 6 times in a row when I had a weak battery before I got in to replace it. It does work, you just have to be quick to disconnect it. I consider this the only flaw in an otherwise useful product.
Overall Review: Get it on sale, don't pay full price.
Great budget gamer CPU

Pros: High speed for a dual-core and the unlocked multiplier really comes in handy with an aftermarket cooler
Cons: Only two cores, but that's a minor issues for budget gamers
Overall Review: Can't wait for the next anniversary edition. This one is a great value.
Sent wrong product and wouldn't reply to communications.
Ordered simple audio extension cables and they sent splitter cables instead. No communication after days following the request. I don't tolerate both incompetence and poor customer service. Especially for something that should be so simple.
Only sent half of the order, did not reply to e-mail for 6 days, had to contact Newegg customer service.
They never bothered to return an e-mail asking for partial refund. I waited six days before contacting Newegg directly. They shipped one DVD burner in a box that could only possibly fit one. The problem is that I ordered two. I've kept the packaging as evidence, and even told them that. They don't even care to reply to a customer at all. I will NOT do business with this seller again.
Showed up cracked, customer service never replied
The case showed up cracked. Customer service never replied when I contacted them for a replacement. Thankfully Newegg took over where they failed. This is last case I'll buy from them. The shipping box wasn't damaged, so I think this is a quality control issue.
