Excellent case

Fractal Design Define Nano S Black Window Silent Mini-ITX Mini Tower Computer Case
Fractal Design Define Nano S Black Window Silent Mini-ITX Mini Tower Computer Case

Pros: + Quiet + Durable + Compact.

Cons: - Back housing is cramped - No power-supply shroud.

Overall Review: The most surprising thing about this case is that it somehow fit my 240mm Kraken x61 AIO CPU cooler. I legitimately thought I would have to replace my CPU cooler when i downsized my case but it just barely fit the entire front. Not sure if other 240mm AIO coolers will fit but my huge one did. The only problem i had with the case was my own mistake in that my GPU was actually larger than 2 PCIE slots wide which meant it didn't fit with a standard ATX size PSU. Even if it had been 2 PCIE slots wide i would be concerned with my GPU cooling as a standard PSU would be blocking half of the fans. I ended up grabbing a new smaller SFX power supply to give my GPU more breathing room.

ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 GAMING-ITX/AC LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI USB 3.1 Mini ITX Motherboards - Intel
ASRock Fatal1ty Z270 GAMING-ITX/AC LGA 1151 Intel Z270 HDMI USB 3.1 Mini ITX Motherboards - Intel

Pros: Looks good.

Cons: After installing this motherboard i started encountering rare restarts on my computer. it would be infrequent and hard to track. Occasionally it would have trouble booting. It was narrowed down (I thought) to a RAM issue as removing one stick would get the computer to boot. Turns out that the ram was fine and buying replacement ram was just a hope in dealing with the chaos of this board. After dozens of troubleshooting steps, tests, and dealing with this absolutely backwards BIOS and CMOS process I've finally learned well outside of my refund window that this motherboard is the source of all of my issues. Do not buy this board, and likely any board from ASRock. This is my first, and now last ASRock product i've purchased. We will see how good their RMA process is because i'd be willing to bring this up to at least a 2/5 if their support can deliver. We'll see. Considering that it works for as long as you don't try to actually use it for anything remotely system intensive (I.E. gaming) we'll see how this RMA actually goes.

Fairly Decent

Vizio E390i-A1 39" 1080p 120Hz Smart LED HDTV with HDMI Built-In Wi-Fi Internet Apps
Vizio E390i-A1 39" 1080p 120Hz Smart LED HDTV with HDMI Built-In Wi-Fi Internet Apps

Pros: After owning this Television set for two months I have to say I am quite pleased with the purchase. Built-In netflix is also decent and has been the primary use of television watching when a game isn't being played. Speakers are actually not too bad, I was expecting worse but they are good for a bedroom sized room. For a living room though you will want something more powerful.

Cons: Poor implementation of streaming from PC to TV over network. The Menu times out and becomes unresponsive, I have an extensive collection of Television and Movies on my network that I want to stream to the TV but I am unable to. Not true 120hz, Everything has played at 60hz and below. I contacted support and they said it was designed this way. Very strange that it's advertised as 120hz but there is no way to use 120hz on the set.

Overall Review: If streaming over the network worked I would easily give this 5 stars, I can see it can be patched and updated and I hope that this feature gets some serious attention and is updated in the future.

Simply Awful

D-Link Xtreme Gigabit Router (DIR-655) Wireless N300, USB SharePort, Gigabit
D-Link Xtreme Gigabit Router (DIR-655) Wireless N300, USB SharePort, Gigabit

Pros: Fast when it works, easy to set up and cheaper than competition for similar features.

Cons: breaks easily, i've bought this router various times and had great experiences with it. but with horrible firmware revisions that broke the product and prevent you from reverting to a stable functional firmware. and new DIR-655's coming with the unusable firmware makes this router a hunk of junk. each time i purchased and set up this router, it would work amazingly, strong strength, long range, quick wireless gaming. but the performance degraded exceedingly quickly to the point where only using ethernet cables was an option.

Overall Review: I went from being a huge fan of D-link (Owned a Dlink modem, router, and adapter.) and recommended my customers and clients to buy them (for 3+ years) to recommending everyone to avoid them and spend a little more for a MUCH more stable router, and firmware that works.
