What? It's running?

Pros: Excellent chassis fan. Whisper quiet.
Cons: None
Overall Review: Those who said that the fan needs "help" to start running are missing the point. These fans have a thermostat sensor that will sping the fan up when needed. If the fan isn't spinning immediately, well, that just means that the temperature isn't at a level where it needs to be running. Smart feature.
Great case - Horrible chassis fan

Pros: Small, fits on a desk (as opposed to under it wher all sorts of dust and debris collect inside it).
Cons: The included chassis fan is garbage. It's extremely noisy and the bearings on them failed in 2 out of 5 cases within a month.
Overall Review: By all means, get this case, the footprint is sweet but add $10 to your order and include one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835226021 I replaced all the chassis fans on my cases with these and now it's whisper quiet.
Perfect for my DirecTV DVR

Pros: Awesome price for the storage size. Great read/write speed for a non SSD. Quiet operation.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Bought one of these puppies to increase the storage space on my DirecTV DVR (HR21/700). Cloned the original internal drive from the DVR (a 320Gb WD drive) using Acronis True Image HD. Works like a charm and increased my DVR capacity about 400%. Please note that if you don't own your DirecTV DVR outright like I do, you are most likely voiding your warranty on the box.
Affordable and reliable

Pros: Easy setup - any idiot can do it.
Cons: None
Less $$ than Cisco, works like a charm

Pros: Standards based, enterprise class, PoE injector for about $90 less than a Cisco branded one
Cons: None
Overall Review: You can't go wrong
Awesome drive for a network environment

Pros: Fast, reliable, low temperature, low energy consumption, no moving parts. Cold boots to XP login prompt in less than 20 seconds.
Cons: None
Overall Review: If you are looking to build a workstation where most of the data will be stored on a network share, this is the drive for you. Yes, it costs a little more than your regular SATA drive if you calculate the cost per byte but it's SO worth it.
