Pros: Lets you mount on a VESA.

Cons: You have to purchase this separately to mount on a VESA. That's just silly. Include it with the monitor or change the back of your monitors to be VESA compatible to begin with.

Overall Review: I would recommend this if you want to mount your non-VESA compatible MSi monitor to a VESA. You probably didn't even know you needed it until AFTER you bought your MSi monitor, but you do and this works.
