Above Average Card
Pros: Easy to install and runs at a pretty low temperature. Very inexpensive for a card of this caliber. Runs Crysis and other benchmark games very well on medium-to-high settings.
Cons: None, except that VGA port is in sandwiched between DVI and HDMI, usually at either end. Not a big deal AT ALL.
Overall Review: For a non-SLI card, it runs quite smoothly. NewEgg shipped it fast and arrived on time!
Would have been great, except....
Pros: Theoretically, a FANTASTIC Laptop. High power CPU, GPU, and plenty of RAM and HDD space. Nice sound system too....
Cons: ....But in REALITY, it didn't work. Half the keys on the keyboard didn't function, and the battery wouldn't charge. I've bought MSI products in the past, so this was a major letdown.
Overall Review: Gave it two instead of one egg because the computer did turn on, it was just unusable without a fully functional keyboard.
Very effective, a bit noisy
Pros: Effectively charges laptops on the AC outlet, and even the latest Galaxy phones through the USB. The cable for the DC/Cigarette lighter is of a decent length, so if you don't have a DC outlet in the backseat, it can still reach your second row.
Cons: The fan that helps to keep the internal circuitry cool can be a bit noisy, though after a while you both tune it out, and it seems to settle to a lower speed once it has been on for some time. Just a little distracting if you're listening to music.
Overall Review: I bought this when I went off to college, thinking I might need to charge my laptop in my car. It turns out I was right; when the power would go out in the dorms, I could charge my laptop in the car, and bring it back inside to watch movies with. A truly useful utility.
Great Entry Case
Pros: Plenty of airflow, fan mounting locations, and sturdy construction. Cozy amount of space for a moderate amount of internal components.
Cons: Thumbscrews, thumbscrews, thumbscrews! Also, no forward mounted fans right off the bat, and cleaning the front grille can be a pain.
Overall Review: Used this in a build for a friend who needed a new computer. While he was exceptionally pleased, I am too used to a different case style to not point out the issues.
Phenomenal PSU
Pros: Completely Modular, variety of PCIe power cables for multiple cards, fairly long CPU supplemental power cable, flat cabling
Cons: Had to make sure that cables were securely latched to PSU, had a few false positives
Overall Review: Upgraded from a 750W Corsair due to power needs, and I could not have made a better decision
First Set great, second set replaced fast
Pros: Fast, reliable RAM with stylish heat spreaders and good timings. Easy to manipulate cycles even lower with a good mainboard
Cons: none really, but the second set I ordered for a separate rig were DOA, but Newegg and G.Skill were great about replacing them
Overall Review: Can't beat G.Skill. Well, maybe Corsair can, but your paying extra pennies on the dollar for a (slightly) bigger name.
