Motherboard choice for Ryzen CPU
Pros: Solid board. Saw potential RAM upwards capability to DDR4 6000, might save you buying another MB in the future. Fan connections along the edge are very nicely located. Flas, reset, power buttons on the board Cmos clear options are far better than shorting out the board to clear. Mine came with version 1.3 BIOS but just out of the box and power flashed to latest version 1.7 in seconds. Don't use a fancy USB, use a 2.0 usb to flash. Manual is detailed. The 2 LED error displays are a must! There are many reasons more why this is a great board. Not sure why people complain about the one mounting slot the manual says don't use that one?
Cons: I don't see why having only 4 sata ports is an issue, there isn't room for more and why buy a high quality MB and not take advantage of the 3 NVME slots? You can always get a PCIe to sata adapter cheap if you want more sata ports. OK, the RGB is not to my liking but RGB doesn't help improve the performance so who cares!
Overall Review: Replaced my Gaming Edge with this ACE and much happier with the ACE. Trust me this is a solid X570 with lots of features and options. The CPU overclock function of a dial with a Ryzen 3800 will blow your mind how easy to OC the CPU. If all you are looking for is RGB, you won't be happy but if you want the best performance and craftsmanship in a MB, this is the one!
Not for AMD Ryzen2 CPU
Pros: Looks and works fine after booting. No issues with the RGB.
Cons: This does not allow some MB's with AMD to Boot to BIOS. Just hangs up and gives you a black screen with a cursor dash. You have to reset the CMOS to get it to boot. With MSI X570 it delays for 5 seconds then boots, but works perfect after that. If you are building an AMD Ryzen 2 or 3 series make sure that you select the memory with an "X" after it. Newegg sent me this in a combo deal with a Ryzen 7 2700 3.2 and now I am stuck with the memory. Posting this review to save someone else some heartache in the process of matching and trusting how Newegg sells it's product. They don't test it so buyer beware!
Overall Review: I don't blame G Skill on this and it's really solid and stable memory. Just make sure that you really check the model before you buy anything.
Best for the money
Pros: NAND design offers the best performance. Have two of these on an MSI 570 ACE, consistent speeds, reliable quality.
Cons: Test ratings say not the best for gaming, but you will never know the difference. Tried different NVMe drives in my kids PC that is also a 4rth Gen MB, he couldn't tell any different. Not really a CON so to speak.
Overall Review: I would recommend this 980 PRO 2 TB NVMe as better then any other one simply due to the consistent read and write speeds on the two MB's tested. Be sure to remove your spinning drives when using these NVMe drives, you will see a big performance difference as those spinning drives are holding your potential back. Just use those old spinning drives as a back up drive unplugged from inside or outside your system.
Pros: Size is great. Fits GTX 1080ti card with extra room. The docking station is handy for HDD and SSD sata drives. Having 5 fans with more options for even extra fans is a bonus. Nicely laid out and solid. Has extra hardware in the box.
Cons: The vents on top restrict airflow, would be better if they were just not there at all.
Overall Review: Bought this for my kids but decided to keep it and get another for them. Really great case if your looking for plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this case just remember this is a big case.
Pros: Holds both SSD and NVME cards and multiple sizes. There are two slots and a SATA side connector. Comes with a useful tool for screws. Even though you lose a PCIe slot it works as it should and offers an extra means of the latest M.2 storage for those that either don't have the MB for the M.2 or want to add extra.
Cons: The instructions basically are not in English. Slows the read sequential speeds on an NVME down about 200MB's but noticed increase of IOP's. "Rapid mode" creates false readings of SSD's by what appears to be the use of memory. The RGB looks nice but doesn't match what the rest of the board or Memory is doing and it's a bit brighter, wish there was a small potentiometer to adjust the level.
Overall Review: Yes, I am glad I bought it and would recommend the product to anyone. I removed the sticker and placed it on the backside of the M.2 for better cooling, not sure if you really need to but saw it on a video. From the reviews I researched the unit has good cooling for the M.2 sticks.
Everything about the vacuum feels solid. Light weight and easy to use. Most importantly is that it really works great. Cordless is the much better and faster. The trap that catches the dust was a little tricky to open and as we have a dog that sheds, it had to be emptied a few times. I didn't mind that as the vacuum cleaned very well. I might have a defective trap and don't know it as I have never used this product before. Still, I would recommend this to everyone.
