Pros: Very compact and portable. Good mid-range and treble and quite loud for its size. Bass is acceptable, as expected for such small enclosure. Nice leather handle (exchangeable between beige and black). Nice quality feel due to aluminum construction.

Cons: Very minimal instructions. While being plugged in for first-time battery charging (using supplied cable), it would play music for only 5 seconds and shut itself off. Left plugged in for several hours, but battery still remained empty.

Overall Review: Had to pay almost $11 to send it back to Newegg.

Pros: Colorful components, 8 rear-panel USB ports, color-coded audio ports, no (obsolete) floppy-drive connector (maybe considered a con for some people).

Cons: It would be helpful if the manual has some information on the correct orientation of the front-panel connectors when they are plugged into the pins. I had to do it by a trial-and-error process.

Overall Review: It has been more than 3 months from the date that Gigabyte sent me a notification of their receipt of my rebate submission, but the rebate check still has not shown up yet. It would be a very deceitful practice to lure the buyer if they don't honor their rebate offer.
