Great card until your 30 days are up!

XFX Radeon HD 5850 1GB DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ Eyefinity HD-585X-ZNFV

Pros: Card plays everything I throw at it. Minimal temps, really no noise at all.

Cons: A little over a month after I bought it, my dvi connections do not work.

Overall Review: Now that I've owned this card for a little over a month, I came home last night to find my monitor not getting a signal. There was nothing special going on, on the pc, so I can't imagine why there would have been a problem. I cold booted, and could not get a post. I tried all the no-post things that I could, and low and behold, I tried an HDMI cable instead of DVI, and it boots no problem. Neither dvi port works now, and when they are plugged in, the fan spins up at max rpm, and the computer will not post. It seems to be working fine with hdmi, but I have opened a trouble ticket with xfx. Time will tell if they are as great as I thought they would be when I put my dollars down for this card. -AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition -MSI 890FXA-GD70 Motherboard -Cooler Master Storm Sniper Black Edition -Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus -4GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600 -XFX Radeon HD 5850 -Antec True Power New 650W PSU -1 x 320Gb Seagate 7200 Sata 2 -2 X 640Gb WD Caviar Black

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition - Phenom II X6 Thuban 6-Core 3.2 GHz Socket AM3 125W Desktop Processor - HDT90ZFBGRBOX

Pros: Blazing speed Easily overclockable 6 Cores man! runs super cool at stock speeds

Cons: There is a small nic in the cpu housing, which could be effecting my cooling performace slightly. I would like to have it replaced, but I feel like it's too much of a hassle -without AMD cool&quiet on, it runs at 140w, not 125. Runs at 60w with it on.

Overall Review: I would like to get in to seriously overclocking this cpu. I have heard so far they have it at 6.56GHz on LN. Crazy!

Big Deal

CM Storm Sniper - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case with Fan Controller and LED Light Switch
CM Storm Sniper - Gaming Mid Tower Computer Case with Fan Controller and LED Light Switch

Pros: *Huge case - Plenty of room for everything *The 4 fans move a TON of air *External Fan control *Able to turn off LED's without turning off fans *Looks freakin' awesome.

Cons: *The cutout for the CPU heatsink quick replacement is in the wrong spot! I don't know if it is just for AMD boards, but I am going to have to take EVERYTHING out when I decide to put in my Cooler Master Hyper 212 Cooler. GRRR *Cable management is not so easy. It's hard to get the side on sometimes.

Overall Review: Over all a great case, though I could have used some better cable managment. One of the coolest mid tower cases I've ever seen or used though. (tempurature and style) The mobo I'm using is the: MSI 890FXA-GD70 AM3 AMD 890FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX

ASUS VW246H Glossy Black 24" HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 ASCR 20000:1 (1000:1) Built-in Speakers

Pros: Vivd colour, High Resolution, Low response time. What more could you ask for? This is a seriously great monitor.

Cons: No Display port. Doesn't come with HDMI cable

Overall Review: I'm a little upset I ordered this a day or two before it started coming with the cleaning solution for free, but otherwise, this is a great monitor. Blows my other HP monitor out of the water.
