Labtec 980182-0403 Desk Mic 524
Labtec 980182-0403 Desk Mic 524

Pros: Nice looking. Pretty good mic actually. I needed a new mic to talk to teammates while playing online games (counterstrike source to be specific) and i tried this one, my team how i sounded, and everyone pretty much said "nice and clear". Do not have to be really close to it for others to hear. Just sits on the edge of my desk in front of me, and i talk normally. But thats probably due to the fact i turned the mic volume way up.

Cons: None really.

Overall Review: FYI, the mic is a bit darker than it is shown in the picture.

SONY - Studio Monitor Series Headphones (MDR-XD200)
SONY - Studio Monitor Series Headphones (MDR-XD200)

Pros: Looks pretty.

Cons: Gotta say, not built with the best materials(plastic are kinda cheap). Sound isn't great. But then again, the headphones i had before these were $130, and this being $20, can't blame it. I think my iPod earphones sound better than this.

Overall Review: for $20, worth it. can't get used to the sound....not so clear.

Good monitor

Dell UltraSharp U2412M 24" Full HD 1920 x 1200 60Hz 8ms DisplayPort VGA DVI-D 4xUSB 2.0 Pivot Swivel Height Adjustable LED Backlit IPS Widescreen LCD Monitor

Pros: It's slick and pretty.

Cons: I have 3 of these. I ordered the first two a few weeks ago, they are beautiful -- Both are REV #A003 and so the colors are identical. The 3rd one just arrived today. I got unlucky and the 3rd one is REV #A000. So the colors are off, it has a very noticeable red tint to it...even setting down the red color in the options won't make it as nice as the other two. On REV #A003, the on button doesnt really 'click', you can't really tell if you pressed it or not...so if you're lucky, you'll get the A003 revision model.

Thank you based g-d

Pros: Steady connection. 3/5 bars. Router is in basement, i'm on 2nd floor of house.

Cons: None yet.

Overall Review: Had a D-Link 2320 (discontinued on new egg, but going for $70 on a-ma-zon ) for 2 years, and it is nowhere near as good as this. For the first time ever, played a game of League of Legends with no lag spikes or dropped packages. very satisfied. let's just hope it stays this way.

Delivers in performance..poor design

MSI P43-C51 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
MSI P43-C51 LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: Alright. I've had this for a day now and so far it's running very smoothly. Let's hope it stays this way.

Cons: However, whoever designed this should be fired. And whoever approved the design should be shot. Take a close look at the picture and look at the SATA connectors. There's 6 of them. 3 rows and 2 columns...in a VERY akward place. They also face away from the motherboard. I don't know who put them there, as opposed to the traditional way, but someone did. It became a huge frustation when trying to plug them in/out. This won't be a problem if you have a -huge- chassis, but otherwise it's annoying. I would deduct an egg for this, but i'm not because for this price, this is an awesome motherboard. With the money you save, buy a really big chassis with lots of inner space so you don't get frustrated like I did =)

Overall Review: So far i am enjoying it.

Was good for a year

RAZER DeathAdder Black 5 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical 1800 dpi Gaming Mouse
RAZER DeathAdder Black 5 Buttons 1 x Wheel USB Wired Optical 1800 dpi Gaming Mouse

Pros: When it works, it -works-. really good.

Cons: I got this in july of last year. It has worked great for 9 months or so. Then the scroll wheel wasn't clicking as easily. you had to force it. it would still click, but nothing would happen, so you have to press it really hard. This got annoying as i use the wheel click to reload in games. Anyhow, i dealt with that for a few months, then it got worse and i decided to open the mouse to clean it. This mouse isn't easy to open, so i opened as much as i could (got the top off). sprayed some compressed air, used some q tips to remove lint on the inside. Problem still persists. Was a -great- mouse when it worked without any defects though. I may have been unlucky to have this happen to me, as i havent seen many people have this problem. I still have my old MS 6000 mouse. I'll use it until it dies, then hopefully deathadder's price will have lowered and i'll buy a new one! :)
