Pros: Great Controller - if it wasn't broken

Cons: the right stick will not auto-center so the controller is pretty much useless in 99% of the cases.

I ordered an refurbished Xbox Elite controller from this seller. the item came damaged (the joystick is not auto-centering, its broken). I have called, emailed and left several messages for a solution and they have yet to contact me back. would give 0 stars if i was able to. if they contact me back i would be more then happy to recant this review but buyer beware.
