Pros: none

Cons: 1st drive failed. I formatted and used it to transfer one large file. The next day I ejected it and it failed. I could no longer read or format the drive on xp/7/8 or third party software. All attempts at reformatting gave me different errors... can't format a RAW drive, device I/O error, write protected.

Overall Review: I'm exchanging it for a new one. If it works for a decent period of time I'll consider changing my review.
