Pros: Bought this stand to hold up my new monitor over my other monitor. It came with all the parts and a few spares. Was not hard to assemble and had it installed in less than 30 minutes. I will probably buy a second one.

Cons: None at the moment.

Overall Review: When I installed this the first time I checked the weight on my monitor to make sure the stand would be fine holding it. After verifying that the stand could hold up my monitor I proceeded to to install it. One thing that I forgot to check though was the desk rating. I was using a white plastic desk. After a couple of hours use I noticed the monitor was slightly more forward than it had been. So I looked back expecting to see the stand failing but to my surprise the stand was fine and it was the desk that was warping into the direction of the monitor. I guess its time to upgrade my desk.
