Great Board; Great Price

MSI 970A GAMING PRO CARBON AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 & SB950 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboards - AMD
MSI 970A GAMING PRO CARBON AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 & SB950 USB 3.1 ATX Motherboards - AMD

Pros: I have a msi990fxa motherboard as well, and honestly I like this one better. It feels like a cleaner bios delivery, and this has the m.2 slot making it a deal breaker. I do a little bit of everything on my computer, and with the right combination of quality components, this set-up I have centered around this mainboard raises my confidence level with all of it.

Cons: they should include an LED strip to go with the pin input :)

Overall Review: Yes x10

Just a drop!

Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G
Arctic Silver 5 High-Density Polysynthetic Silver Thermal Compound AS5-3.5G

Pros: Good stuff

Cons: don't you put too much on there now. More is worse than less

A printer that makes sense to re-ink

Canon PIXMA MX492 Wireless Inkjet Office All-in-One Printer
Canon PIXMA MX492 Wireless Inkjet Office All-in-One Printer

Pros: Usually, when the printer runs out of ink, it's time to look around for a new cheap printer. This is not one of those types of products, from what I can tell so far. This thing is pretty versatile and useful, and even comes with software and utilities that are actually useful!

Cons: really, nothing. It is a printer. It's not expensive. It totally does it's job, and in a slightly better-than-expected type of way :)

This is probably the one you're looking for

Cooler Master CM 590 III Black - Mid Tower Computer Case with Top Magnetic Dust Filter and Blue LED Fan
Cooler Master CM 590 III Black - Mid Tower Computer Case with Top Magnetic Dust Filter and Blue LED Fan

Pros: Great price Great size Comes with 2 fans in front Easy cable management; clean easy spaces to get it in there Nifty Cooler Master drive bay for HDDs Temperatures are pretty nice inside the case, I must admit. msi970a pro carbon motherboard, evga 600b psu, factory heat sink amd fx 6 core vishera, evga geforce 1050 ti; Temperature inside case is never above 40c under normal everyday usage. Under max load, overclocked, I've gotten it above 70c. Processor started creeping over 60c, so I shut her down until I get liquid cooler, or maybe a better sink.

Cons: moved the one fan in front to the rear, installed a 140mm fan on top, put a smaller 80mm fan in place of the one removed in front.

Perfect capacity; great speed

Intel SSD 600p Series (256GB, M.2 2280 80mm NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4, 3D1, TLC) Reseller Single Pack
Intel SSD 600p Series (256GB, M.2 2280 80mm NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4, 3D1, TLC) Reseller Single Pack

Pros: I do everything from video editing, website design, and photography tweaks, to animation, media playback, and gaming on my computer. Wanted something with enough capacity to keep the OS and all of my main programming options, with enough space left over for the fun stuff as well. After most things are installed, I still have nearly 50g free. Have 1.3TB worth of SATA drives also for base storage. This is the best option for a m.2 ssd without breaking the bank. Have had it installed for weeks now and I smile every time I have to render a video and it's done in a couple minutes, or I'm in a game and basically own the loading downtime. Everything works flawlessly now; so clean and fast. It is cooled by basic airflow through your case dynamics. I have mine on msi970a pro carbon mobo. Had to change bios for it to boot. Only thing to remember, really.

Cons: It's great. Not anything worth mentioning as a con, but do note your motherboard's process for installing/booting from any m.2 ssd. Not necessarily plug & play

Overall Review: make sure your motherboard is m.2!!! I actually bought this for another motherboard as I was not referencing the right chipset when I originally ordered.
