Pros: The mouse itself is amazing. Zero issues with the hardware.

Cons: My mouse keeps changing speeds randomly. Even though I have the software locked at 1600, it will jump all over the place for no reason. The software needs some of its bugs worked out.

Overall Review: I like the mouse, I would recommend it. Would be an easy 5 start if it were not for the software issues I've been having with it.

Pros: It's a razer gaming mouse, it does all the things a razer gaming mouse is supposed to do.

Cons: The naga keys on the left of the mouse are double and triple posting. Sometimes they don't register the clicks at all.

Overall Review: Another razer product.... another hardware failure. Both my razer mouse AND keyboard (Black widow V4 Pro) are currently broken.... I should have known better than to give Razer another shot... it will never happen again. Keyboard was broken right out of the box. Mouse had intermittent issues with the number pad right out of the box but, I was just trying to deal with it since it was on some of the buttons I don't press often,(the 11and 12 button) but now it's effecting the entire keypad. So I'm going to have to deal with the horrible razer customer service.... again. Steelseries... here I come again I should have known better...

Pros: The laptop itself works fine. Just as you would expect from a laptop in this price range.

Cons: The hinges on the laptop broke, and now we can't shut the laptop....

Overall Review: As I said in my (pros) the laptop works fine. But as I said in my (cons) the build quality is pretty garbage. The plastic gave way around the hinges on the laptop and now we can't close it anymore. It lasted about a year before it gave out.

Pros: It's pretty, and it's quiet.

Cons: F1 key did not work right out of the box. And the space bar only works about 50% of the time. Other keys randomly double or triple post.

Overall Review: I had major issues with a Razer mouse a few years ago. Customer service was so bad that I waited months for a replacement. Eventually, my mouse ran out of warranty while I was still waiting for the replacement. A few weeks later, the replacement mouse broke. (Same problem as the original, left mouse button stopped working) After the second mouse broke, they refused to replace it under warranty because they go by the warranty date of the first device. I swore Id never purchase another Razer product again. I went years without one and thought, heck, Ill give them another shot. And here we are again, broken product right out of the box. I contacted customer service, and now they want me to pay for another keyboard. Once they receive the broken keyboard and test it, theyll reimburse me for the new one. I don't know what I was thinking buying something from this company again.

Cons: The spatial surround sound quality leaves much, and by much I mean an absolute ton, to be desired. While you can discern audio from the left and right channels with ease, this particular headset's surround sound capabilities fall considerably short compared to other models in its price range. When playing games such as Red Dead Redemption 2, CoD, and Battlefield, it is apparent that the HyperX headset falls short in delivering accurate noise cues that are essential for optimal gameplay experience. As I said before, this is particularly noticeable when compared to other top-tier surround sound headsets within its price range. There are also other limitations that detract from its overall performance as well. The bass response can be overpowering and lacks refinement, and the microphone quality is subpar at best. In comparison to other wireless headsets such as the Arctic 7 Wireless, the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset pales in comparison in terms of sound quality and overall performance, with a discernible difference that is as stark as night and day.

Overall Review: The HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless headset is a suitable option for individuals seeking a basic headset that offers an extended battery life. Pros: Wheel was easy to set up and use, had okay force feedback, rather smooth wheel for the price

Cons: Wheel died after a year and a half very loud fan Fan died 10 months after purchase took a month to get my wheel back and working again Fan died again 2 months after the new fan was put in, took another month to get my wheel back up and running

Overall Review: My wheel no longer has force feedback after about 5 minutes of play. I have replaced the fans in this wheel 2x now, and now nothing I do including putting an industrial fan right by my window AC and blowing it directly on my wheel, can stop it from overheating and losing all force feedback. I've requested a replacement wheel from Thrustmaster customer support since I've been having ongoing issues with fans prior to the 1 year warranty, they refused to replace the wheel. I'll never buy another Thrustmaster product again. Only reason this gets 2 eggs rather than 1 is because it's still better than the G29 wheel. Truly a shame Thrustmaster does not stand behind its products.
