Pros: Makes cards work with my 9-year-old laptop. New HC cards in the card reader on my computer would cause the computer to shut off and reboot. Using this USB card reader gets around that problem.

Overall Review: I had a delivery problem that was not Newegg's fault, but I got cranky with Newegg. The Newegg Customer Service jumped on it and got the problem resolved. Great customer service from Newegg.

Pros: I use this on an HP Pavilion zv5000 series AMD Athlon (3 yrs old) running XP. No serious issues, or even complaints, in nearly 7 months of use. I still need to run Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware SE to get rid of all the junk that can be picked up. I'm a little disappointed that Norton 360 doesn't get rid of those or keep the stuff off my computer in the first place. I do have some irritating little error message pop up occasionally when I shut down the computer, but the computer still works ok. Overall, this seems to be ok, but nothing spectacular. I'm not really convinced it was worth what it cost.

Overall Review: I'm not sure if I will get another Symantec product or renew this. It seems the quality is not what it used to be, but I've used Symantec for so many years I'm sort of in a rut.

Pros: Worked immediately and is compatible with the installed RAM in my new notebook. I did use the Crucial memory finder to try to find the most compatible RAM. Immediately recognized by the computer and had no issues. Performance ratings are all very good. Of course, this did make a noticeable improvement in program loading speeds. Very satisfied.

Cons: Doesn't install itself, but very easy to install.

Pros: Decent battery life, light weight, numeral keypad Windows 7, sharp screen images, easy access bottom cover makes it a snap to add memory. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Overall Review: Pretty much what I needed. I stayed with the installed Windows 7 rather than using Windows 8. This is a good basic notebook. It does what I need to do, which is mostly spreadsheets, word processing and web email. Still trying to figure out the touchpad. Sometimes it is overly responsive and sometimes I think I need to hit it with a hammer and sometimes it does things I don't want it to do. I did add 4 gb of ram, so it now has the 8 gb limit.

Pros: Ethernet adapter on my 6 yr old desktop died. This was perfect for the old machine running XP. Easy installation. No noticeable difference between the connector on the motherboard and this adapter, at least for my web browsing. Highly recommend this product.

Cons: I wasn't paid to buy it.

Overall Review: Good price, good service from Newegg. I ordered this on Sunday and had it on Thursday using the free shipping, and Monday was a holiday. Great job from Newegg!

Cons: My 3 year old HP laptop takes forever to boot with this piece of garbage installed. Never installed on my older desktop because it has been so bad on the laptop. I have used this for 11 months. It does weird stuff to the computer. Strange intermittent error messages when shutting down. Norton 360 is a real pain to use. I'm looking for a better product, and it doesn't include Norton.
