Great Value

Overall Review: Easy to unpack and set up, exactly as described. Great deal and in great condition for a low-low price.
not exactly a killer piece of hardware

Pros: * Low-end on the cost spectrum for a tablet. * Will download and install apps quickly when compatible. * Seemed to pick up wi-fi signal nicely. * Nicer for browsing the web than a tiny smartphone.
Cons: * Compatibility issues - the device would not properly install almost any apps from third-party app stores, even had troubles finding compatible apps from Cruz's own app store! * Slow to respond - my 2 year old Android phone is more snappy than this device. It would often lock up and offer to "Force Close" of an application not responding because of slowness. * Lack of options - due to the compatibility issues, the Kindle app was not available. Without Kindle, many of my local libraries' electronic borrowing options became unavailable. All that was left was the Borders app. No thanks.
Overall Review: The seller for my tablet was kind enough to issue a RMA for me, but you might not be so lucky. I would recommend avoiding this particular product.
