Pros: Speedy-cold boot to desktop in 30 seconds. included components (MB, CPU, GPU, RAM) were installed as advertised. Win 11 Home, Very little crapware installed. BIOS was one version older than the latest. Hardware items needed for adding additional storage were included, except for SSD M.2 screws. Well packaged for shipping.

Cons: When I received this computer, there were a couple of loose screws rattling around in the bottom of the case, which I found and retreived. One connector for a case fan was disconnected from MB. The teeny tiny screws for securing additional M.2 NVME SSDs were not included in the accessory package - Printed Motherboard manual was not included. Have been trying to get one from Cooler Master for the past month. Found a PDF of the manual on Gigabyte website - still want a paper manual.

Overall Review: Purchased this computer to replace a 14-year old self- built PC, now on Win 10, that MIcrosoft says cannot be updated to Win 11 - Otherwise the Win 10 PC is still working fine. This Cooler Master PC is speedy and all functions worked OK out of the box. I am now in the process of moving files and software from my old PC to this new one, Only issues have been with Microsoft OneDrive that I am slowly working thru. Should be ready by the Microsoft Windows 10 End-of-support deadline in October. Before transferring files I successfully added a 2-TB NVME SSD, SoundBlaster audio card, and some additional rear panel USB ports. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. Hopefully, this computer will last as long as the one it's replacing.

Pros: Easy purchase, download and install, as always.

Cons: None so far, I have been using this product for years

Overall Review: My tax situation has changed this year, We'll see how the software handles it.
