Pros: Decent sounding set. The fit is nice and tight so they stay on during workouts (which the main reason I bought them)

Cons: After six months of use the headphones now do not work. If I start listening to music on them the audio distorts and the music sounds as though it is skipping after about 30 minutes. At this point all the buttons on the unit become inoperable. The only solution that appears to work is to reset the headset by connecting it to the USB charger for a while. Motorola Canada does not want to honour the warranty and replace the unit since they claim that Newegg is not an authorized reseller. Strangely Motorola USA does agree that the unit is defective but cannot ship me a new one since they must defer to Motorola Canada. It makes no sense to me that Motorola Canada and USA do not have uniform warranty policies. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be buying Motorola products if this is their level of customer service. Beware of buying anything from Motorola since it appears there is no guarantee that they will stand behind their products.

Overall Review: Decent enough product but do not risk your money here as there appears to be no recourse with Motorola if the product becomes defective
