Pros: works right away no problem, i have been able to free up a lot of internal space because of this. bought it to put pics on.
Cons: has a specific cord so must keep track of cord(not a micro usb)

Overall Review: bought this because I needed a usb 3.0 for inside my computer and for future expansion. use windows 10 and didn't need the disk for driver installation. so I made my life a little harder by initially installing wrong driver file.
