Pros: - Easy install - Not very expensive - Air blows out of the case, not in. - Removes the need to upgrade your main PSU in most cases.

Cons: - The big X in the middle of it that changes color..could do with out it. Not a big deal though. - Could use a longer internal power cord. I have a midtower case and didn't have any issues. But in a bigger case it might cause a problem.
