Very nice

Pros: Just got it and love it. It's a larger display than my older Garmin, but it works just the same. The mounting bracket seems very nice is the suction mount holds up.
Cons: none
Overall Review: For the people that don't like it: It's a handheld device that gives directions, it's not a computer that always get the optimum route based on your personal criteria. Your expectations may be too high if you haven't used a Garmin gps before.
Small backspace key

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Small backspace key is hard to hit. Mushy keys.
Low 12V

Pros: Nice finish. Works for now.
Cons: I've had it installed for a 2 days and just now checked the voltages. I'm shocked, it only 10.56 volts on the 12 volt rail. I guess it's typical Chinese.
Poor Company

Pros: None
Cons: They won't even give you the error codes for your motherboard. Avoid this company.
Best there is

Pros: Still working after 3 years. This is the best one I've ever used. Tried to replace it with the 822 but nothing is as reliable.
Cons: Not one that I can think of.
Overall Review: Used the install disk. I don't think I ever upgraded the firmware. Used with Windows 7 and att uverse 2-wire modem/router.
Poor support

Pros: shinny tablet. well I was forced to enter a "Pro"
Cons: It's very difficult to find information on this tablet and you can't delete the bloatware. Samsung support finally acknowledged this.
Overall Review: It's going back, Samsung can eat it!
