Pros: Excellent value & performance for a REFURBISHED monitor. Image resolution appears sharp & true at 2560x1440; color rich, not oversaturated. No glare issues, if closed blinds/shades, no bright lamps nearby. Windows 10 PC; CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3800 16GB RAM; VID: MSI RTX 2060 Super 8 Core. Monitor also lightweight, easy to set up, base stable (single bolt to secure base is very strong). Used for design, modeling, rendering. No issues so far ~1 month. Delivery prompt as specified.

Cons: No real cons so far - note exterior of original product (not shipping) box a bit dented; no damage to monitor.

Overall Review: 5 Eggs for product, Newegg, & vendor: Aztek Computers. Highly recommended.

Pros: Interesting & reasonably authentic presentation of actual urban planning & real estate development dynamics. Nice graphics.

Cons: Again - just another virtually (yes, this means "almost," not hi-tech 'reality') fraudulent cover for constant push sales to gullible customers.

Overall Review: If others are by now totally conditioned to deceptive marketing, they may well enjoy this game - & just keep buying extra modules. Those who find that to be not just insulting, but an interruption of the very process of using/playing the game, may as well go volunteer for their local Planning Board, or take a job with a commercial developer; it will provide real i.e. genuine, factual, not fictional/virtual experience.

Pros: Very fast for my design (3D architectural) requirements; reliable 10 months; very adequate storage for my non-archived projects; runs cool. Note re motherboard compatible? My system based on ASUS TUF Gaming X570-Plus m-b. Hope this helps. Newegg price/service/delivery all very good, as has been true for years.

Cons: No cons, really. Always nice if lower price were available; Newegg had the best price at the time.
