Pros: Top quality and best value. Nothing in this price range compares to this PC. I use it for video editing and games. It has a lot of USB ports. The hard drives are fast. The screen is amazing and the 9800GS graphics are far better than I expected (I'm a gamer). WUXGA, BD, 6 gig DDR2, top quality bag. Plus until 12/31 a 3 yr global warranty via rebate from Asus.

Cons: Vista! The battery doesn't last more than an hour but I am usually plugged in so it doesn't matter. The sound volume is only changed by the function keys and no external volume control. That is simply my personal preference. It doesn't come with a bluetooth game controller or bluetooth headset (lol). No SLI available.

Overall Review: 9800 GS plays crysis at 1920x1200 high. The hard drives are each partioned so you have 4 drives plus a hidden partion for the O/S installer. Consider this before the Alienware or Dell to save $$$ I heard the screen was supposed to be a dual lamp but after it was implemeneted I never seen it noted anywhere. This is not my first Asus. Will buy again. Newegg ships quick!

They sent wrong item. Invoice is correct. Ordered Clear silicone cover for my white ipad but received BLACK silicone. Returning items NOT "sold by" newegg is more difficult and time consuming. Will not order from again.
