Cons: - None yet. I ordered this dock to replace my older NewerTech Voyager that started hanging up mid-backup. I hope this one lasts longer.

Pros: Cool running, doesn't generate a lot of heat when placed in a home closet. Quiet, fan less operation. Good option for home networking for wired Ethernet connectivity up to 1GB/sec.

Cons: No real cons. This is a simple unmanaged switch.

Pros: This drive is lightning fast! Boot-ups & Restarts are no longer a hassle because of the quick response. I installed it in a Dell T5810 Workstation with a fresh install of Windows 10 without much trouble. Just make sure you follow the published instructions. It works with the native Windows 10 NVMe driver but to get better performance and access to some features make sure you install the Intel NVMe driver.

Cons: It may cost significantly more than a standard HDD, but in my opinion it's worth the cost. May not be compatible with older systems. Just make sure you have a system with a modern UEFI and not an old standard BIOS.
